Established in 2004 by a merger between Vircom and Energy Management Systems, we have developed a strong platform of Field Service capabilities with more than 85 permanent employees and 150 contractors nationwide. Our network is well serviced with back office support functions in our offices located in Auckland, Napier, Nelson, and Christchurch.

Underpinning our transformation and growth has been a strong focus on Health & Safety utilising New Zealand qualified and trained electricians. In 2016 the number of completed metering jobs had reached 2.6 million within the New Zealand market. We are proud of the role that we have played in the industry to date and the team that we have created.

We set out to develop a seamless, paperless, end-to-end workflow via a customised Field Services technology system. In collaboration with our customers, we continue to review and amend our processes to be recognised as thought leaders in our field.

Ultimately, our highest purpose is to transform our customer’s experience in dealing with an Energy Field Services provider. We believe we can do this through continuous improvement and collaboration. We set out to deliver value to our customers and ensure our valued staff go home to their families each evening. Customer satisfaction delights us and are key words in our internal glossary.
